Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund.
